About Ponte Winery Wedding Venue
Ponte Winery sits on 300 acres right off Rancho California Road and honestly it is one of the more complete wedding experiences in all of Temecula wine country. Rolling vineyards, manicured gardens, ceremony sites that actually photograph well, and enough space that nothing feels crowded or rushed.
The ceremony options are genuinely different from each other. The main site at the winery has cypress trees in the foreground and vineyards stretching out behind you, sitting right next to the bridal suite and grooms suite so the whole morning flows naturally. Over at the Vineyard Inn the Pond ceremony puts you on a dock with the vineyard behind you which is a completely different feel and one of the more unique setups in the valley. Both are awesome.
For the reception the Barrel Room is cozy and full of character. Exposed beams, oak barrels, natural light, dramatic entry doors. Fits up to 80 guests and feels intimate without feeling small. The Vineyard Pavilion handles 100 to 250 guests with 360 degree vineyard views when you need more room.
Start your day at the Ponte Inn, grab brunch at the Bouquet Restaurant, and when the venue wraps at 10pm the Cellar Bar downstairs stays open until midnight. That last part matters more than people realize. Almost every venue in Temecula wine country shuts down hard at 10pm for the noise ordinance. Having somewhere to keep the night going with your guests is genuinely rare out here and Ponte pulls it off.
As a Temecula wedding photographer who has shot here multiple times, Ponte is one of those venues where something good always happens. The vineyard light in the late afternoon, the energy when everyone moves inside after the ceremony, the way the property just keeps giving you new spots to work with. Hard not to love shooting here.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can We Do Engagement Photos at Ponte Winery?
Yes. Once your wedding date is booked Ponte is happy to host your engagement session on the property. Just coordinate with them in advance so you are not sharing the vineyard with another wedding party. Call ahead and lock it in.
What’s Included in a Ponte Winery Wedding Package?
Five hours of venue time covering both ceremony and reception, dinner and hors d’oeuvres, event staff, and all the basics including tables, chairs, linens, china, flatware, and glassware. Everything you need to run a wedding without having to source it yourself.
Is There a Cake-Cutting Fee at Ponte Winery?
No. The Ponte team handles cutting and serving the cake. One less thing to think about.
Where Can the Wedding Ceremony Be Held?
Two options. The main ceremony site is at the winery itself with cypress trees in the foreground and vineyards stretching out behind you. It sits right next to both the bridal suite and grooms suite which makes the whole getting ready and walking out moment feel seamless. The second option is the Pond over at the Vineyard Inn next door where you get married on a dock with the vineyard behind you. Both are genuinely beautiful in completely different ways.
What Reception Spaces Does Ponte Winery Offer?
The Barrel Room fits up to 80 guests and has that classic wine country feel with exposed beams, oak barrels, and dramatic entry doors. For larger groups the Vineyard Pavilion accommodates 100 to 250 guests with 360 degree vineyard views. The Pavilion is the one that tends to photograph most dramatically.
How Much Event Time Is Included?
Five hours for the main event with the option to add more time if needed. Like almost everywhere in Temecula wine country the venue wraps at 10pm for the noise ordinance. The difference at Ponte is what happens after. The Cellar Bar downstairs at the Vineyard Inn stays open until midnight which is genuinely rare out here. Right off Rancho California Road, the hotel is solid and having a bar that actually stays open after your reception ends is one of the best things about this venue. Most people end up down there with their guests and it turns into the best part of the night.
